Bereavement and Grief Counselling

I shall gently help you work through the painful feelings of grief which you may be facing in your life right now. There are natural feelings of sadness, and even of anger, when a person close to you has died, or when a cherished relationship has ended, or when you have lost something you hold dear. You will need time to grieve.

Grieving is a process, a cycle of loss. In this process, you may suffer a variety of feelings and experiences: denial, sadness, fear, numbness, anger, loneliness.

The process of grieving can be painful to work through. Yet, working through your grief allows you to come to terms with your loss, and to reach a place where you can let go the person you have lost and still hold them in your heart.
